Handicare Stairlifts is one of the international market leaders where around 250 professionals work on the best stairlifts every day. In 2018, we produced and installed more than 38,000 Handicare stairlifts so that our customers can continue to live safely and independently in their own homes. From Heerhugowaard (NL) and Kingswinford (UK), Handicare Stairlifts develops, produces and sells stairlifts for all types of stairs, all over the world. Handicare Stairlifts is active in 32 countries and has offices in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, China, United States, France and Germany.
We are looking for a fulltime:
Customer Service Representative (Italian/Spanish - Dutch - English)
   » The Customer Service department is directly related to our Rail Design, Technical Service and Dealer Service departments which jointly aim to offer the right level of service to our international dealers.
   » As a Customer Service Representative you are the point of contact for a specific group of dealers.
   » You receive orders placed by them and you answer their questions, resolve their complaints and guide them through a
   » ll the process in a commercial and customer-oriented manner. In addition, you carry out the corresponding administration and correspondence.
   » To achieve this, you have contact with, among others, Planning, Forwarding, Administration and Quality departments. You guide dealers during a visit to our company on dealer days and during trade fairs. You can assess customer interests, set priorities and contribute to improving our processes and offer then an optimal service and a great experience

Requirements Customer Service Representative (Italian/Spanish - Dutch - English


   » You have an HBO working and thinking level, preferably with a commercial education;
   » You speak Italian and Spanish, one of them on a Native level.
   » You have several years of work experience in a commercial environment in a customer support department
   » You have good communication skills in Italian, Spanish and English in word and writing; Dutch is a plus
   » You are a driven person and customers and results oriented;
   » You are stress resistant and flexible;
   » You have an analytical mind and you have great problem-solving abilities;
   » You are available fulltime.
