We are looking for a fulltime: Customer Service Representative (Italian/Spanish - Dutch - English) » The Customer Service department is directly related to our Rail Design, Technical Service and Dealer Service departments which jointly aim to offer the right level of service to our international dealers. » As a Customer Service Representative you are the point of contact for a specific group of dealers. » You receive orders placed by them and you answer their questions, resolve their complaints and guide them through a » ll the process in a commercial and customer-oriented manner. In addition, you carry out the corresponding administration and correspondence. » To achieve this, you have contact with, among others, Planning, Forwarding, Administration and Quality departments. You guide dealers during a visit to our company on dealer days and during trade fairs.
