Fulltime, Parttime Solliciteren (de link wordt geopend in een nieuw venster) You will be responsible for all operational activities related to Record to Report process including: » You will perform balance sheet account reconciliation and reporting into consolidation system » You will develop, update, and maintain related RtR process documentation » You will execute the transfer pricing policies and procedures » You will perform assigned internal controls / SOX activities » You will perform month-end closing related General Ledger activity, monthly accruals / prepayments, payroll entries and revaluations » You will assist with the preparation for interim and final annual audits » You will partner with multiple stakeholders including: commercial finance, Business Controller, Finance Director, local HR team, AR, AP, Tax departments & auditors » You will cooperate with other units to ensure accruals and all other balances are accurate and complete Your profile: To be successful in this challenging role, you need to have a Master’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting and: » 5+ years of relevant working experience, preferably in a large multi-national company » Strong knowledge of General Ledger operational accounting, preferably enhanced with a good knowledge of IFRS » Strong knowledge of front-end GL/reporting system, preferably SAP and SAP consolidation system (BFC, EPM, FIM) » Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Word, and Power Point » Fluent in English, both written and verbal » In possession of a valid work permit in The Netherlands The salary offer depends on knowledge and experience, but will be in the range of €70,000 - €80,000 annually gross based on 40 hours, excluding bonus and holiday allowance. This is also a hybrid working arrangement, where you will be required to travel to Amsterdam office 3 days a week & work remotely the other 2 days. How we'll proceed.
